Sign in is required to send a private report.

How can I report a bug or share an idea during the beta?

Use Send feedback in the navigation, or the button below. Sign in to submit a private report. You can optionally answer three short beta questions and permit contact through your account email. Keep the reference ID after submitting. Never paste passwords or private calendar links. A response is not guaranteed.

How do I import my Moodle or LMS calendar?

In your LMS, export or download your calendar as an .ics file. In Semestra, open the Calendar page and choose Import calendar, then pick the file. You'll see a full preview before anything is saved — nothing is imported until you confirm.

How are imported events matched to my subjects?

Semestra reads course codes from the file's categories and suggests matches with the subjects in your current semester. You always confirm or change each match before importing — nothing is assigned automatically without your review.

What happens when I re-import the same file?

Re-importing updates changed events and skips unchanged ones — it never creates duplicates. Your subject choices, manual reassignments and stop-tracking choices are kept.

What does Stop tracking do?

Imported assessment deadlines are tracked automatically so they count on your dashboard and assessments list. Stop tracking removes one deadline from those counts while keeping it on your calendar. You can track it again at any time from the event's details.

Does Assumed completed mean Moodle checked my submission?

No. It is an optional inference for imported deadlines due strictly more than six calendar days before confirmation in your timezone. Import review starts with this option off. Recent overdue tasks stay active. In Assessments, use Review historical imports for older saved deadlines, or the Assumed completed filter to review them. Open a deadline to Mark as still pending or explicitly Confirm completed. Confirmed by you is your statement, not LMS verification. You can undo all assumed items in the historical review. Stop tracking is a separate choice; none of these actions changes manual or editable copied assessments, or the original calendar due time.

How do I change my timezone?

Go to Settings → Profile and choose your timezone. All dates and times across Semestra display in that zone.

How do I export or delete my data?

In Settings → Account & privacy you can download a full copy of your data as a JSON file. Settings → Danger zone lets you permanently delete your account and everything stored with it.

A direct support contact is being set up and will appear here before public release. If you hit an error in the app, note the error ID shown on screen — it helps locate the problem without sharing your data.
